Always quiet, but not dead silent...there is a comfortable amount of livelihood to the property, and not only due to the people, but also the landscaping (shading trees, pretty flowers, a new cactus garden in the front). Well lit. Holiday lights adorn the trees that line the main walkways all year long (classy looking; not gaudy). Newly installed florescent lighting under the parking covers. Other lights outside of each apartment and in other areas automatically turn on every night at sunset. The manager is a good, FAIR business person; treated with respect, the manager will always do the same in return. Clean, easily accessible laundry facilities. Awesome pool and hot tub. No outdoor grill at it, however. Good office hours. Great location...across from a nice park; safe neighborhoods adjacent to the east and north. I haven't had one complaint in my entire time living here (1.5 yrs). Most importantly, I am young, female, living alone, and I have always felt safe.
