The apartment itself was fine, though the air conditioning was VERY loud.

When I told May, the manager, about this, she said that all air conditioners sounded like that (not true--the place I live in now has QUIET a/c).

The apartment was slightly overpriced for what it was, and was misleadingly advertised as being "near [UA] campus".

It is actually a half-hour bus ride to campus.

I told May about the water leak by the tub MONTHS before I moved out, and not only was it never fixed, but she then tried to charge me for repairs for water-damage when I moved out!!! In short, the building is fine, but May is an incompetant manager!!!!
