Convenient location but not well run

I rented at the Plum Tree, first, when it was new in 1977 for 3 months.

Then, in 1994, I was moving back to Tucson and once again turned to the Plum Tree.

That time I rented for 8 months.

Both times "May" worked there.

Things were very run down and broken in 1994 plus my truck was broken into, as were several others, and management did nothing.

When I had to unexpectedly move, I ended up being chased by collections agencies and having to pay something like 3 or 4 months worth of rent even though my rental agreement ended in 2 months.

My advice: skip Plum Tree and rent elsewhere.

This was OK in 1977 but has steadily declined, possibly due to management.

May is no longer there. Please don't let that stop you from renting. I love it.
