My two major complaints would be crime and facility maint. The parking lot is a shopping spree for criminals and thieves. I've had my cars broken into no less than 6 times, my car stolen once, & two bicycles stolen. The location is on the edge of a terribly crime infested neighborhood. The appliances are old and poor quality and condition. It used to be a decent place at a good price, but prices have gone up and the facilities and the neighborhood have gone way down. Not the bargain it was when I moved in 5.5 years ago.
