Wow, I always paid with a Check, how odd.
And all the reasons you stated are the reasons not to rent there.
A responsible OWNER inspects and takes care of issues and doesn't wait 30 years to do so, repairs done according to OCCUPANCY, what! not safety.
What about the car's broken in to in the parking lot, did you forget those' Obviously you are not educated in tenants rights if you think you can get kicked out for asking for a laundry key and you would you know that, you work at Plum Tree.
We are not all fools.
I feel safe and secure in my new apartment with, the owners have a conscience.
Good luck looking for a new job, I'm sure the new owners will bulldoze the place.
