I just signed my second lease at Plum Tree.

I moved in with the original manager and agree with other posts stating that the new management is leaps and bounds above the old one.

The few maintenance needs I've had have been responded to and completed within minutes.

The managers are also incredibly friendly.
Other 's:
It's quiet.

Tucked away and still located in midtown.
A lot of the neighbors are senior citizens.

Quiet and friendly.
The landscaping and facilities are gorgeous and a little quirky.
I've lived in a 1BR and 2BR and I've seen a studio.

They are all very spacious.
Some -'s:
Some of the neighbors are into having loud arguments.
Long time residents are unfairly hogging the covered parking.
Bottom Line:
Move here if you are tired of overpriced dumps and/or frustrating managers.

Stay away if you are a grumpy jerk.
