When we moved in I thought this was a great place to live. The neighbors were very friendly, management seemed to be nice and helpful and I liked the fact that it is so green here. Now after 5 months I am really thinking about moving somewhere else. The main reason: cockroaches!! First when I told management about it they looked at me weird and said they wouldn't have any in their apartment. Huh, that is weird!! They were telling me they sometimes come through the drain and I should plug it up. But guess what' The cockroaches are actually in the walls, besides from the ones coming through the drain!!! I can sometimes hear them crawling behind the electrical outlets and once I saw antennas peeking through behind the outlet cover!! One day I saw 4 cockroaches in my apartment, one of it was on the ceiling right over my bed!!!!! I am sick and tired of living with that!!
The other thing: The noise!!! Every day somebody goes through with a leaf blower at 7 am!! Are you kidding me'' 7 am'' I work late at night, so I still sleep at this time!! But well, not anymore!!
And then the managment: Like I said in the beginning they seemed to be nice but all of a sudden one of the ladies is very unfriendly to me and I have no idea what I did to her!! Very unprofessional!!
Other than that, I like the location, it's away from the main roads but still close to everything. And maintenance does a good job. Things are getting fixed within 3 days I would say.
