If you want to wait three to four months for maintenance or you would like to be treated rudely by apartment management, by all means please come to The Portofino Apt. They have the best prices...only you don't get what you pay for! Unless of course you like gunshots ringing outside of your apt. And I pay over 200.00 amonth in the summer to TEP because of poor insulation and faulty AC! The sad part is a few months ago I wrote the great review they had....boy have things changed!

Unfortunately this is due to the previous manager (Cassandra I believe) left in January. She and her staff worked hard and were proud to give us all a nice safe place to live. She should have stayed maybe things would be just as you first stated.
