Getting better

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
New community director has really made good changes. Still some tenats do not understand the concept of quiet time from 10pm-6am. Dogs bark occasionally and i belive a securtiy guard is going to be required in the months coming, but overall a good, safe to live.
