Property is not maintained. HSL Properties is more interested in getting your money, then to make sure you have a secure, safe, inviting home.

You will live among drug dealers, parties, underage drinking. It is a gated community with controlled access gates that work 1/2 the time. Remotes hardly ever work, it puts you in an unsafe eviroment trying to put a code in to open the gate.

Walls are thin and big gaps around doors and windows, you pay to cool and heat the outside. all of the applicances except the w/d are from 1984 when the buildings were built. Even thought the communtiy looks much older. Poor design has buildings facing one another with less then 30 feet in between. Therefore not only do you hear converstations, tv's radios of your neighbors above/below, You have neighbors in front and back and on both sides of you.

The managment is the worst it has ever been.
We have not gotten any monthly newsletters, open houses etc. Since this manager transferred to the property. It is evident that this manager does not care about the type of person that moves in. As long as they have money to move in.
