I have been at this hole for approx. nine months. I have had countless problems with roaches. And no matter what they say they are doing about the problem, nothing is improving the situation. I have complained and followed up to no avail. The roaches were everywhere! Kitchen, bath, closets, walls-infested!
But if you can get passed that unsanitary part of the complex, there are a host of other problems. Such as the appliances being older than dirt, paint and patch jobs that make blind men cringe and walls so thin you can practically join in on your neighbors activities. The office staff is alright, if you have the luck of talking to the same person twice. They have a high turn-over. Except for the complex manager- who doesn't quite understand why people are upset about living in roach-covered apartments.
All I can say is spend your money somewhere else. Don't learn the hard way about getting what you pay for.
