I have had problems every time when dealing with the office staff. I've tried calling, but was put on hold every time, which ended in me hanging up before they picked up again. About 60-70% of the residence are handicapped, which means there are constantly Handicapped busses and trams in the parking lot, which holds things up. Maybe this complex is good for people with a lot of free time on their hands.
Walls are paper thin, forget about having privacy.
