I will be signing my 5th 1 year lease at Posada del Rio and I can say I like this place. Sure the appliances and old, the walls are a little thin and the building layout isn't the best arrangement (echoing voices are a problem), but it's a good sized apartment for the money, the staff is friendly, the grounds are well kept, the other residents, for the most part, are good neighbors, and I've never seen a roach in my place.

I'd recommend living here if you're not too picky. It has it's faults but it's acceptable living compared to some of the dumps nearby that I've lived in.
