I advise you strongly to look elsewhere for an apartment unless you actually prefer the following:

Thin-Thin Walls: I don't believe my side and back neighbors are that loud, it is simply a matter of not enough sound barrier between us for us not to hear every conversation, shower, etc...Now the people below us are extremely loud and disrespectful, they have no problem playing music with base from about 10pm through to 6 am...Management will "handle it"....3 days and counting nothing done!

Smoke: I believe that at least 3 of my neighbors smoke, I do not; however my apartment currently smells like I smoke more than a pack a day. I have asthma and allergies and basically this sucks. It's everywhere, my main rooms, my bathroom, my cupboards...everywhere!

Leaky roofs that never get fixed: my roof started leaking within a month of being here. They "fixed it" until the next rain, then they "fixed it" until again it rained. I now have 2 gaping holes in my bedroom room allowing all of our newly cold air to just drift right on in. The water was dripping from the roof, the window seals and even through the brackets that hold up the blinds. I have more bubbles in my wall than I care to mention.
