The office staff is TERRIBLE!! AWFUL! They could not be worse if they tried. No matter what, they will do nothing to help you. The place is totally falling apart. Inside there are tons of things that need to be fixed, I have called on it tons of times, and nothing has been done. My front door's lock has been broken for months, and the gates NEVER work. Thats why many of us moved in here however they are often broken to where they won't even open. This forces many to park next door! One neighbor called for something to be fixed 14 times and it was never fixed. 14 times! The worst, was the one girl who used to work in the office. She was worse than a car salesman. I should have realized this better when I first tried to move in. I set a specific date for when I was to move in. She calls 2 weeks prior and says that I can move in that day. I say that I can't yet. She says, well you have to move in next weekend then. I say, well then I'll have to find somewhere else to live then. Eventually they let me move in on the day that we had planned, but it was a terrible experience from day one. The manager thats there now doesn't really seem to do much either. Another negative is when the clean the grounds. They use these loud blowers to blow leaves, etc. These are terribly loud. When do they use these' 6-7 am every Thursday. They actually will come up right to your window and blow these stupid things. I cannot wait to leave here when my contract expires. When I do, I will seriously have a party to celebrate my escape from hell.
