I like it here. I love in a small one bedroom Ive been here for 2 years. Its quiet here. My car has never been broken into and I havent had any issues. Felcia who is the mananger is very nice and so is Tiffany her assitant. They both know all the residents and I see them walking around property all the time making sure everything is ok. My apartment comes with a washer and dryer and I get covered parking for free and my rent is still under 500.00. My neighbor has been here for 5 years and she said its a very nice place to live. The maintance is fine. I had a leak with my washer and ythey replace it with a new one. My mother also lives here on property shes been here 7 years and she has nothing bad to say about the place. The grounds are kept clean and sure they have the landscapers out with blowers but at least they come to make sure the grouonds are clean. Overall its a nice place to live. There are friendsly neighbors friendly staff and the grounds are clean the price is for everything is perfect

Whoever posted this is obviously a manager or someone who works for HSL. They are not fooling anyone with this. No one would rate this dump highly at all. Especially not the miserable office staff. The place is falling apart. I would now rather live in the wash behind the place than in here.
