Zero maintenance turnaround

The main reason I'm moving out is to find a newer home/apt. The rent is not too pricey, but when you need a work order to fix something YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTINOUSLY FOLLOW UP WITH THE FRONT OFFICE. There are three things that I asked to have investigated five months ago and still nothing. Overall I've had an OK experience with PDR, but zero maintenance turn around, or acknowledgment for that matter, when I make a maintenance request. I shouldn't have to repeatedly request minor repairs. What would happen if I had an actual repair emergency' At least Tiffany (former desk clerk) made sure things were done in a timely fashion when a work order came up. It could have to do with many technicians quitting or getting fired.
As far as I'm concerned HSL Properties has shown me they do not care about maintenance for residents of this property. Again this is my opinion but I will not be living in an HSL property in the future.
