Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!!!!

Management is horrible! They are slow, rude, and condescending.
Parking is always a problem.
People take your spots all of the time, but management doesn't do anything about it.
They say "park somewhere else." That really bugs me.
Maintenance is 50/50.
Sometimes there done quickly with repairs and sometimes they take 2 weeks.
The complex is trashy.
The dumpsters are emptied about once a month, so there's always a pungent smell coming from the parking lot.
Lots of military guys here always drinking and partying.
Not to mention hitting on any female that walks by.
It's kind of sickening.
In the parking lot, there are cars that never seem to move, but have the orange "tow your car" sticker on them.
The complex is just trashy.
If you need cheap rent like I did, then this place is definetly cheap.
But for the money I pay, I would rather live somewhere else...
where drug dealers aren't roaming the comples.
There always seems to be a cop car here with full lights on.
I have never felt safe here and will never feel safe here.
I can't believe I have made such a horrible decision.
Thank god, my lease is up soon.
Do yourself a favor...
go check out some of the other eastside complexes before coming to this hole.
