These folks have done everything to satisfy my needs.
They have always treated me with respect and at times have given me a sense of true friendship.

Perhaps they have been kind to you,however,that doesn't get the drug dealers out of this complex, nor does it get the trash picked up on a regular basis. Anyone can be kind, what matters is how they handle everyday problems, such as parking, and the fact that the police should just open up a sub-station here since they are here EVERYDAY anyway!!
