This complex is TERRIBLE!!! The management sucks! They never follow through on their promises and they are ALWAYS changing the operation times. The apartments are very outdated and most of the appliances are so old they have to be replaced right after you move in!! They have a MAJOR bug problem! Three months after moving in, I was bit by a brown recluse! And, I have also had my apartment sprayed for bugs every week for two months and I still have a HUGE roach infestation! Oh, and my neighbors. I have called management on them numerous times due to their stero being way too loud after midnight. Literally, there would be pictures falling off my walls and nothing was done. My car has been broken into twice and I know two people who have had cars stolen. Cops are there often and I have heard shots fired three times since I have been a resident. I myself have called the cops when a neighbor was chasing his wife out of their apartment with a shot gun! Just remember before you move into a place like this, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!
