Great management and space vs few bad apples,

This is one of the few apartment complexes that a few old school architectural nuances like cross ventilation (shotgun style layouts with cross ventilation rather than a box split by drywall into 1 or 2 brs).
It has real stairways instead of cheesy fake fire escapes and balconies that are mere walkways.
The layouts are a good value for the price.
The management and maintenence crew have been, for me, open and honest and straight up doing what they say they will do.
They are great with folks who have disabilities and challenges.
However,in an effort to grow tenant base the community seems to be attracting families and young people who have no boundaries and feel that making noise, loitering, causing trouble or breaking laws are "entitlements" and its okay to behave that way.
Rather than stand up for their rights, most tenants who get annoyed just move or don't have the guts to complain to management.
One sees police cruisers pull up with regularity.
But this is something one sees at lots of apartment complexes.
The bad apples cycle in and out.
Management would do well to be a little more selective and build a solid tenant base.
