Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
i been here in these apartments for almost a year. My lease is up really soon in 2 months.. Thank GOD!!! because since I been in these ghetto apartments, I realize that its not picture perfect. I would not live here or renew my lease. People are outside every night making loud noise. Every night just about (surprisingly not tonite so far) I have heard Gun shots. In broad day light they had a gun fight that resulted in a death. Which is very scary because it was right by the little tagged up park. Thank God childrens wasnt outside playing, but the scary part was at the time one of my neighbor was walking his daughter around the apartments and they were right in the scene of the fire shot. I can say that they are trying to make changes, but hey are not at the same time. They made a outside patio for the public and they havent finished it since the old manager left that location. Management has her good days and bad days. This apartment has a stray black cat that roams around the apartments which some think that its ok to feed the cat, but for me i dont think so because they like to ---- on your outside items. The walls are paper thin!!! When i first moved here the first day, I didnt want to hear my neighbors at night or early in the morning. I dont use the laundry room here because too many children walk in and out. By the way, most parents here doesnt watch there children while they are outside and the childrens run around all day through out the floors. I thought that this would be the perfect place to live before i moved here and it was a big mistake. If you like to sleep in than you may want to change that here because they have alot of contractors to come and do work at 6am and dont give you futher notice before hand. I wouldnt recomend it to anyone. Especally for the eastside. But it could be worse.
