When I moved here in 1994 I moved here.

It was a nice place with some nice people.

Every night at the heated pool and hot tub we'd get together and just talk about where we'd come from, just nice talk amongst neighbors.

Now you're lucky if the people there can talk at all, at least in english.

There's no background checks like they advertize, drug dealers in and out all day and night.

My ex-wife moved back in with my son a few years ago.

After 3 attempted break ins through her bedroom window the manager finally gave her a stick to jam the window shut.

Nice guy.

While walking through the parking lot during the day she spotted a dead body lying out in the open in the back of a pickup truck.

Took TPD 3 hours to come out.

A stolen pickup truck came through between the buildings and tore up one of the courtyards.

A shooting that left a teen dead.

Again it took 2 hours to get emergency services out and the kid bled to dead in the parking lot.

Her last day there a stabbing occured in front of my son and police came out quickly this time and caught the guy.
What am I saying, you ask' Don't go there if you have kids, valuables or a need to live in a safe area.

They just let anyone move in and won't do anything to provide a safe environment.

Noise, murders and drugs are the main attractions here. If you like those things, then this is the place for you. Especially if you like to listen to your neighbors conversations or the constant creaking of the tenant above you because the complex is so old and has little to no insulation. Their State of the Art fitness center is 4 machines that have been here for at least ten years. The caring and courteous staff changes almost weekly as do the grounds keepers who haven't a clue as to how to care for the shrubbery. There are less expensive complexes with better amenities and sound proofing.
