Be aware that after you move out, they will try to charge you many times over for cleaning and will put unspecified damages on your bill. If next apartments will try to get your rent payment history, they will never provide it. Considering size of apartment (very small) rent is very expensive. So be aware and stay away, there are plenty of apartments in Tucson.
