The A/C is noisy, too. Not much insulation either.
At least, you do not hear much from your neighbors.
Outdoor lighting: Almost all bulbs are constantly broken.
Expect some dragons in the office.
Management is not of any help either.
Maintenance is better.
Too expensive for what you get.
