I just moved to Tucson from California. I rented without seeing the apartment. As you could imagine that's a little scary. The staff was very helpful in providing as much information as possible and assured me that I would love the community. What sold me was all the extras Promontory offers, such as the workout center, aerobics classes and tennis courts. They even have equipment for raquetball and tennis. I would recommend this place in a second. Good luck apartment shopping!
