I have lived at promontory for two years and would not recommend it to anyone. the person in the apt next to me had a leak which caused my entire kitchen wall to dissolve. that was in 2004. the kitchen wall was replaced but the wall is still not painted. I had a peeping tom. this wasnt the first one in the community, i received a notice on my door about two other incidents.i requested a peep hole on my door and three months later i finally had someone come at their chosen time, which didnt work for me. my car was broken into 3 times. i pay 500 for a 480 sq foot apartment. they left a notice on my door saying i had to cleaned the bags off of my porch and said that it was my second notice. also, they said that the next time my lease would be terminated. it was the first notice i received and after calling the office and requesting a copy of the so called first notice they became rude when they couldnt find a first notice. the gated community is a joke seeing how the doors are always propped open and people just jump the walls. i went to go swimming yesterday and both pools were being worked on, with no notice to residents that the pools were not available. over the apartment complex is a piece of ---- and i tell everyone not to live there
