nothing ever gets fixed

If you ever need anything fixed, you are s*it out of luck. And in order for them to fix something, you have to give them YOUR apartment key (even though THEY have one).They come at their convenience(sometimes takes months!), then you have to get your key by 5pm or you're locked out of your apartment!....so much for going to college or work.
