The location of the complex is what makes it a great place to live. It's very convenience to downtown, shopping malls, and grocery stores. However, the infrequency to clean the bird droppings from the side walk, and inability to use the indoor common areas for entertaining as well as the racquetball court really is an inconvenience. At the end of my lease, I will not renew. Typically you have three days to pay rent...but here you it's due on the first of the month (So don't work to late or get in bind to where you will need to pay on the second or it's $25 dollars. The manager of the complex is very friendly, but the rest of the staff is questionable at best. Lastly, safety is an issue considering the number of vehicles burglarized in the last six months. Oh yea...maintenance sucks.

FYI ~ There is no grace period for rent when your contract states a due date. If your signed contract requires payment on the first of each month, then there is no flexiblity. I pay my rent early and post date the check. This is a solution that would work for anyone. We're all busy and work late...paying your bills on time is a responsibility that won't wait until it is simply more convenient for you.
