This Place is a Hot Spot for Sexual Predators. I have been Physicaly Assaulted Leaving out the "Controlled" Gate System.

I was denied renting a unit beacuse "Pit Bulls are verocious and attack people" - Not when you raise and take the time to train them, like any other dog, Im not the whacco who trains them to fight.

Went a head and signed the lease, only to move into a unit that was infested with cat fiecies. After 1 month of arguing about how discusting the smell & health issues. I finally had to threten and call the Pima County Health Department & a Lawyer for management to concider cleaning up the place. At that point the Manager refused my move in check list of things wrong with the Apartment so when I moved out I would not be liable for the damages. And too bad, im already locked in to my lease, no refunds.

The fire alarm was hanging from its wires with duck tape over the Sensor, management sent out a notice that the Tucson Fire Department was inspecting all units for defaults, I stayed home that day, guess what - they never came, never fixed. On top of that I got stuck in the apartment during the summer when the door would not open, I had to call several times to have someone come over to fource the door open - never fixed.

The Electricity was not yed hooked up while I was moving in at night, I asked my neibiour for a flashlight and her boyfriend thretened to shoot me if I did not promptly return it.

The security officers are around it seems for a few days in fource which is nice to know, then no Security Officers for months.

Upon returning home after receiving a new notice of a Man standing outside some ones window participating in Lewd behavior, I see this guy sanding in the parking lot, clean dressed hippy kid with the long curly hair, openly urinating. I see him, he sees me and with no emotion, keeps on freelancing around.

What the hell did I move into' When my lease is up, I'm out of here & I will proably have to hire a Lawyer to keep from getting screwed by the management for stuff I did not do prior to moving here.

Pit bulls have no place in society no matter who raises them they r a disgrace and danger especially in apt complexes.sexual predators r everywhere in Tucson not just this place
