Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
contractors walking on the roof 6:30 am, landscaping starting with the blowers before 7:00 am, paving co. starting work 5:00 in the morning,dogs barking, loud music,drunk kids by the pool until 4:00 am, anyway if you like to sleep that's not the place to live, plus cars and motorcycles being vandalized, and stolen, tennis courts with a lot ants colony, cracks insuficient lights,pools and jacuzzi always not working.
The manager keep telling the administration don't have money to fix courts etc. that's not my problem still I am paying for everything.
Anyway I keep counting my days to get out here and don't recommend this place for my worst enemy.
