Ok here is the scoop for those of you living at this place or considering moving here. Make sure EVERYTHING is documented. Keep copies of all important transactions with this complex, especially things like your 30 day notice and the condition of your apartment. If you don t have the stuff to back yourself up you will be sorry when you are suddenly charged extra fees for ridiculous things. I didn t have proof of giving a 30 day notice which I faxed and mailed to the office (seriously people, do we need a signature in blood or what) and my squeaky clean apartment somehow incurred a hefty cleaning fee. All BS, just another way to make a buck. Not what I expected from those happy, sunshiny faces that helped me sign my lease.
