The walls/ceilings are paper thin and you can hear everything--and I do mean everything--that your neighbors do. When the toilet flushes, it sounds like a waterfall in the wall (I'm on the ground floor). Yes, they replaced all the water pipes a while back, but what a nightmare! My entire apt. was torn up and the water was off from 8-5 for more than a week. And the lousy mgmt offered absolutely nothing to residents to compensate for it--nothing--not even 1 dollar off the rent! I just went thru a month of hell with water damage and termites. And again, the mgmt would not discount my rent even 1 dollar even tho' I didn't have full use of my apt. for the month--I had to move out because of the fumes and dust from the drywall/paint. All the snotty manager could say is--"I'm sorry" and told me to file a claim with my renter's insurance! I wish I'd never heard of Promontory apts! Run, don't walk from this horrible place!!!
