I have lived here for almost a year now, the place isn't bad. Some stuff broke, they fixed it within hours. I go to the UA, not a bad commute, as long as you don't take first. The late fee is $75, that sucks. I lived in the first building, but I could see how the speed bumps might get annoying. The people in the office are nice. It isn't priced bad. For a first apartment it is acceptable. For a college student with a car, its acceptable. People who have bad experiences, I guess that sucks but mine hasn't been intolerable.
