When we first moved in our apartment was never painted, mangement never fulfilled agreements for repairs on our contract and our neighboors are a pain in the butt.

We are given a covered parking spot "ONLY between the hours of 10am and 10pm".
So if you plan to live here get used to having a curfew.
Especially if you want a parking spot at this apatment complex, because the overflow parking SUCKS.......
