Quail Ridge: Synonym for hell...

Where do I begin...

I had my apartment broken in to, my car was broken in to twice and my tires were slashed, and all in the first two months.

The water is completely turned off at least once a week...

I tryed to call the corprate AIMCO Company on that one and they said, I quote " OH, well! Just Deal with it." The lock on the pool gate is broken, so the lovely high school students come and swim durring what I assume is their lunch break and totally trash the area.

Also with the high school kids there is not enough parking at the school so they park in our spots because everybody any their distant reliatives know the gate code so the perk of having a gated community is crap.

And also, to never have repairs done untill you talk directly to AIMCO at least 10 times.

And the best thing about neighbors is when they offer you drugs (really!) as you walk up your stairwell at night! PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE! SAVE YOURSELF FROM HELL!
