Joke facilities.

Their version of a tennis court is a slab of concrete with dog ---- all over it and a metal fence as a net.

They claimed they "re-engineered" the gym when all they did is get a couple of new pieces of equipment and paint a bunch of cheesy paintings on the wall of people playing sports.

The wall looks like a soul train.

There are people smoking meth in the bathroom of the club house that are your next door neighbor's children.

Oh yeah, don't plan on parking your car here.

It will get broken into.
