Do not live here! At this place you pay only for a name and that is the Foothills. Try going through a summer with your air conditioning maybe getting the apt. down to 84 degrees. That's on a cool day where it hasn't hit a hundred outside. Then, the water is always off without any notice. Try going to the laundry center and starting your laundry after you have used all your quarters just to find out the water is off again! That's real fun. Then the roof leaks through the monsoon season all over your furniture. Do you think they care' Hell no. And the best part is when you get into the shower and it turns scalding hot for no aparent reason. You would think everybody in the building has flushed their toilet at once. That's how hot it changes from one minute to the next. Please dont live here. My husband has friends who live in what I consider the ghetto that have better maintenence and utilities for a whole hell of a lot cheaper. Did I mention that you can hear everything even the person down below pissing!
