Terrible in many categories From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I'll get strait to the points. It's hard to get a hold of management when you need to speak with them. I have a neighbor who has a problem controlling the volume of her voice. My car was broken into twice. The laundry room was just vandalized. The gate is never locked. The high school kids vandalize stuff. My apartment is literally falling apart. My bath tub leaks on the neighbors below me and the maintenance staff always has to invade my home and supposedly fix the problem. Just give it a couple weeks and they'll be back to fix the same leak. The air-conditioning is terrible. The water goes out all the time. It seems like they re-surface the parking lot every two months, without notice. Then they have the nerve to bang on your door and tell you to move your car. In a nut shell, this place is a poorly organized, old, unhelpful, inconveniencing, un-relaxing, unsafe, ghetto apartment community. The only thing appealing is the cheap rent, paid utilities, and the foothills area. BOO Quail Ridge!
