Less than disirable

Just a few observations; take them for what you will.

- Amy (the manager) is nice and very helpful, the rest of the office employees are nothing more than young, 10 dollar an hour employees with minimum wage attitudes.

They act as if they never developed socially.

- The maintenance guys are nice and usually on time for maintenance issues.

- The water is turned off atleast twice a month, all day for the past year.

Doesn't make any sense! If their are problems with the plumming then get it fixed and get it over with.

- High schoolers park inside the complex and walk to the games going on at the Foothills high school.

There is no one around to control this.

- After the football games you can hear nothing but honking from all the cars leaving.

Very annoying and rude on the part of the high school and there is no consideration for the residents.

- If you like the smell of mold and the smell of burnt meth coming from the methheads that just smoked meth in the gym then you will absolutely love the fitness center!!!!

- Don't own a motorcycle because it will get stolen.

- They need to use discretion when renting to tenants.

These apartments are located in the foothills right down the street from multi-million dollar homes and they will rent to the scum of the earth.
