I have lived her since december '05. staff was very friendly helping me move in on very short notice. moved in, but a few days later, my drunk neighbor climbed over my balcony and was banging on my door. a month after I moved in, the garbage disposal broke, luckily that was fixed within 48 hours. But, had new neighbors that moved in right above me that like to have parties at all hours of the nite, and when I go out to my car at midnite, they come out on their balcony and look at me as if i was blairing heavy metal music. They just put in new lights to 'see' better at night, that is, if you can even tell its night. the lights are so bright, no matter what kind of covering i put on my windows, i can still see as if it were the light of day. Right after i moved in, had belongings in my storage on my balcony, and come to find out, someone stole it. Haven't had problems with the high school, YET. Another problem is they haven't changed the code to the gates in a few years. I have friends who graduated from that highschool years ago, and it is still the same code, and the gates are ALWAYS open, so whats the use of having gates' Also, the dumpsters are ALWAYS overflowing. its disgusting. one good thing is they do have a dog run and many designated places for dogs to do their business, and MOST of the tenants are good about using the alotted dog poo bags and throw them in the bins. others aren't so courteous. Also, they advertised about $579 a month for a 1bed/1bath, all utilities, but decided to change that, now its $512 and whatever utilities you use, and the A/C runs very high, so you dont really save any money, so now the rent varies from $589 and higher.and the apartments are VERY small for what you are paying.and as another tenant was saying, yes, you can hear your upstairs neighbor to all of their business in the bathrooms.Other than that, its up to you, if you can take the good with the bad.
