Lived here about six months, they were helpful with us moving in on short notice. They have a modern management system-can request service on-line, and customer satisfaction is measured by corporate and they will follow up on each on-line request, so if they mess-up you can hold the manager accountable from higher; so far they've done a good job for us whenever we've needed anything fixed. Gated parking, next to anglo/richer high school and neighborhood makes for lower auto theft/crime rates. Military friendly, offer discount. Not a bad choice.
