Not worth the bargain From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   If you enjoy having your water or hot water turned off without warning, this is the place for you! My neighbor's car window was smashed out, and this is the nice part of Tucson. The location is great and so is the price, but it doesn't seem to be worth the headache. I renewed my lease with hesitation, but will not do so again. The staff hung up on me last time there was a water problem and I asked when it would be fixed. To top it off, my family shipped my Christmas gifts, one of the staff members signed for it, but I didn't ever receive the gifts. It included my family's picture. Things like that make me wish I had continued looking when my lease was up this past time. Lastly, if you work at night, do not expect to park within the "gated" area.
