This place sucks. The water shuts off without warning and the hot water is either non-existant or scorching hot. Have complained 5 times in regards to hot water with no sincere attempt to fix the issue. They don't care about the comfort of their residents in their apartments.
The parking is rediculous. Its extremly rare when I'm able to actually park outside my apartment. I have to park in the front of the complex and walk through the dark and unlighted sidewalk to get to my apartment. Totally unacceptable.
The construction of the building is poor. The building is becoming fairly old and it seems that everything that ever needed repair was just half assed. The electrical wiring is also poor. One time all the lights in my apartment shorted out and they had to come and replace every light fixture.
They never sweep the sidewalks or the patios so there is always dirt and debris as you enter into your apartment.
The office is closed on sundays now because they obviously don't care about our convenience. Maintnence crew is disrespectful and rude. They will just bust into your apartment whenever they feel like. One time I was alseep and the guy just walked into my bedroom as I was lying their obviously not decently dressed.
This place is just total BS. They give you the run around anytime you have an issue. Will not be renewing my lease with them.
Also, the rent seems low at $489 but they lie and don't tell you that you're going to have to pay $100 for utilities so by the time you add that in its basically $600 a month.

this person must be living on a diffrent planent, the maintenance staff i see bangs on the door several times and then yell maintenance before even stepping thru the door, they also have a section where they ask for permission to enter while resident is not home if the answer is no they dont go in. and for parking i agree but its only because the complex has almost all of their apartments rented ???? must not be a bad place to live, i love it here

I just wanted to follow up. I did not renew my lease here and when I went into the office to put in my notice the girl got very pissy with me. She was extremly rude and made no sincere comments in regards to a 2 year resident leaving the complex. If you ever see her, I think she's the manager, but she's a total ---- and should probably be shot. She talks to you like a ------- child, dirty -----.
