Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
At first Quail Ridge seems to be the perfect apartment community for a first-time renter like myself.
However, things have just gone down-hill since I signed my lease.
Sure, it's a great monthly price, but they forget to tell you about all the extra things they tack-on at the time of signing.
They told me that my utilities bill would be around $77 a month.
Well, let my last one was over $100! My fridge broke and all of my food spoiled.
There is no parking past 9 o'clock, and for a young woman like myself, this is a problem.
No one is ever in the office so if you have a question, too bad! Plus, teenagers harass the complex every night, so sleep is nonexistent! Please take my advice and save yourself a huge headache by looking elsewhere!
