I have lived at Quail Ridge sine July of 2007.

There were problems when I moved in, I just had to hold people accountable to get things taken care of.

Last summer a new management group took over and it seemed like chaos had broken loose.

But after a couple of months things started to improve and I have to say that I am thinking of leaving for financial reasons and am sad about it, things have really improved.

Yes, there has been alot of shutting off the water but they have been giving alot of notice (unlike last year) and I have to say I appreciate the fact that they are fixing the problem once and for all.

I haven't had many maintainence problems but when I have they have been resolved promptly.

The people in the office have been very nice, I feel like the stress of them taking over has receded and they are taking care of business.

No apartment is perfect but like I said I will be sad to be leaving here.

I think it's only going to get better.
