All I have to say is it is a horrible place to live. Constantly turing off the water, trying to find parking near your apartment past 7pm is impossible, always tearing up pavement, they do not tell you if they change a key to an ammenity, such as the pool, or even the front gate in get into the complex! Management SUCKS! They act all nice and friendly, but they have no idea how to take care of their tenants. The utilities that are so "easy" because you go through them....bull. After you move in, you don't get your first bill for at least 3mo...and then when you move out, they keep all your deposit to pay for utilities that you aren't even using!
Horrible place, DO NOT LIVE HERE!
I do not recommend it.

I am sorry Brianna, I know that things might be a little confusing. I know that when you didn't have to pay utilties for the first couple of months you might have thought they were free, but since they were back owed that's why you paid for the 2 1/2 months after you moved out so that you only paid for what you used. Again I am sorry for the inconvenience
