I have been living here for 4 months and have had an AFWUL expierence.

They didn't tell me that there was going to be construction in the time that I was moving in.

They had people walking on the ceilings starting at 6AM in the morning up until late afternoon.

They turned off the water I can't even count how many times, although they did alert me and post a letter on my door, other times they did not.

Which left me in a bad position because I could not plan around it and just had to go to work dirty some days.

The air conditioning has gone off at least 10 times since I have been here.

Just last night I came home and the AC was off.

They said it will be back and running back in a few days.

4 DAYS WITHOUT AC'!' we live in Arizona, COME ON.

It is 90 degrees in my apartment as we speek.

You can hear people coming up and down the stairs at all hours of the night because the windows shake.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR LIFE AWAY FOR A YEAR.

My lease is up in Decemeber I need to stick it out until then, if you terminate your lease it will effect your credit history and renters history.

Parking sucks, depending on what building you are in it may be ok.

The washer and dryers, not all of them work.

These apartments are very old, built in the 70's I would advise to live in something newer, because it is not maintained by any means.

I pay over 600 dollars a month for nothing special and so many problems.
