Really now, it's much better than most. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   This place is quiet overall. If you are a quiet person or couple, do consider living here. The grounds are kept park-like with all parking lots on the outside perimeter. This allows unbroken sidewalks throughout the inside three-block-long grounds. Great for long strolls. Staff is attentive to improvements. It's kind of lonely here for kids(no playground)...but compared to some other communities, maybe that's a good thing! I would not recommend this place to just anybody, especially loudmouth inconsiderates, but if you are somewhat mellow this place could work out.
