88-crime and channel 13 broadcasted a murder here this year involving a Jamican couple stabbing someone to death on new years. I am not surprised as they let anyone in here, even felons. Its a documented fact. Its a gated community, but it doesn't keep the trash out. People jump the fence. My car got keyed as well. The walls are thin and the neighbors have surround sound, my walls vibrate. The other neighbors sit outside fighting all night. Then they drive their cars through the parking lot playing gehetto blasting music at all hours. People walk on the roof and the helicopters circle over your apartment at all hours of the night. During the day the base air traffic is so loud you can't even hear your television or talk on the phone. There was homeless women living in the laundry room and the smell was so disgusting, I almost puked. Don't go to the office...they don't care. However, if you really want to live here, don't let them "steer" you to the back.
